- Participated in negotiating a settlement on a expedited basis between airport operator and airport concessionaire, containing litigation costs and crafting a solution favorable to all parties involved.
- Obtained a summary judgment in favor of central Kentucky horse farm owners against potential purchasers of farm property based on the failure of the purchaser to adhere to the express negotiated terms of the purchase contract.
- Negotiated settlement of civil rights and tort claims against a county government and its representatives based on the provision of contract services, thereby shielding the parties from potential liability and protracted and costly litigation.
- Participated in negotiating loss portfolio transfer of workers’ compensation claims from large national insurance carrier to self-insured trade association, minimizing exposure to the insurance carrier over the remaining life of the claims.
