Before coming to MMLK, Mr. Morgan
tried 148 jury trials throughout Kentucky. During the course of
this, he developed many innovations in presentation techniques
some of which have been shown during CLE classes lead by Mr. Morgan
before the Fayette and Kentucky Bar Associations. In addition to
these classes teaching basics in visual aids at trial, Mr. Morgan
has also taught a CLE class on Administrative Law at the 2010 KBA
convention.
Mr. Morgan also uses his understanding of administrative law and
litigation in general to conduct mediations between parties.
