Recent Accomplishments: Successfully represented local employee before the Kentucky Court of Appeals in a case involving the attempted enforcement of a non-competition covenant by his former employer. Court of Appeals overruled the trial court, finding the covenant unenforceable and allowing our client to continue his employment for his new employer. Successfully represented a state agency chairman before the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Executive Branch Ethics Commission. Complaint against our client was dismissed.
