A great time was had by all at the Commerce Lexington 2017 Leadership Visit presented by McBrayer. Minneapolis-Saint Paul represents the 16th-largest metro area in the United States, and a thriving urban center. Attendees learned about economic and urban development, universities and business working together, the arts, and the challenges of keeping a city engaged during very cold winters! Final sessions on diversity and understanding bias asked Lexingtonians to strive for inclusivity to keep our city and businesses flourishing.
Attendees enjoyed getting to know each other over lawn bowling and a dinner at the US Bank arena.
Commerce Lexington Inc.’s annual Leadership Visit is thought to be the largest intercity visit of its kind nationally among chambers of commerce and economic development agencies.
