Attorney Spotlight

At McBrayer, we strive to enrich the communities we call home. We are proud of our many attorneys and staff who embody these ideals.

James H. Frazier, III, wears many, many hats. In addition to heading the McBrayer law firm, he is also the Chairman of the Lexington & Fayette County Parking Authority Board of Commissioners, the Fayette County Master Commissioner, a member of Board of Directors for Commerce Lexington and a member of the Board of Trustees for Transylvania University.

His latest role, however, has downtown Lexington abuzz. Frazier is now the Chair of the Board of the Downtown Lexington Management District (DLMD).  The DLMD is a group of advocates tasked with improving the downtown area through beautification, safety and marketing efforts, created by an LFUCG ordinance in early 2016. Ambassadors in purple shirts are the most visible early signs of the DLMD’s efforts, but as the group gets underway, more and more efforts will be apparent.
